Prompt Templates

Prompts are defined for each step in an inspection assignment based on the nature of the expected response from the technician. Prompt templates allow you to create steps using prompts that have been defined in the prompt templates so that you do not have to repeatedly enter the same information.

On the Prompt Templates page, view a list of existing templates and the number of steps in which each is used.

With the appropriate permissions, create, edit, and delete prompt templates. Prompt templates are also included in imports and exports of VoiceForms.
